:: SACRED SITES ITINERARY ::

  • Day 1 :: Sunday, January 19, 2025 — arrival at Cairo International Airport, transfer to Mena House Hotel, evening welcome gathering (meals not included)
  • Day 2 :: Monday, January 20 — visit Sakkara near ancient Memphis & Dahshour’s white, black and red pyramids (breakfast & lunch included)
  • Day 3 :: Tuesday, January 21 — Visit the Egyptian Museum in Cairo followed by lunch and short flight from Cairo to Aswan, check-in to private yacht Afandina (breakfast, lunch, dinner included)
  • Day 4 :: Wednesday, January 22 — early morning private visit & ceremony at Philae and the Temple of Isis, afternoon felucca ride around Elephantine Island, evening enjoyment of the colorful Nubian Market in Aswan (breakfast, lunch, dinner included)
  • Day 5 :: Thursday, January 23 — Sail to Kom Ombo, visit to Kom Ombo Temple (breakfast, lunch, dinner included)
  • Day 6 :: Friday, January 24 —  Sail to Edfu, visit Edfu and the Temple of Horus (breakfast, lunch, dinner included)
  • Day 7 :: Saturday, January 25 — Day of Sailing on the Afandina for relaxation and integration, sail through Esna Lock, arrive in Luxor (breakfast, lunch, dinner included)
  • Day 8 :: Sunday, January 26 — Visit to Hathor Temple Dendera, the temple at Abydos (breakfast, lunch, dinner included)
  • Day 9 :: Monday, January 27 — Sunrise pilgrimage to Deir el Bahari, followed by visit to the Necropolis of Thebes on West Bank of the Nile, visit the Valley of the Kings and the Collosi of Memnon, night visit to magical Temple of Luxor (breakfast, lunch, dinner included)
  • Day 10 :: Tuesday, January 28 — Morning visit to magnificent Karnak Temple and small chapel dedicated to Sekhmet, flight to Cairo and check-in Mena House Hotel (pyramid views additional, see below) (breakfast included)
  • Day 11 :: Wednesday, January 29 — early morning private visit to the Giza Plateau with meditation & activations in the Great Pyramid and between the Paws of the Sphinx for an experience of a lifetime, followed by breakfast at the hotel, a visit to Old Cairo and St. Sergio Church, Jewish Synagogue, Amro Ibn El Mosque, and the Khan el Khalili bazaar. Evening farewell dinner. (breakfast, lunch, dinner included)
  • Day 12 :: Thursday, January 30 — breakfast & transfer to Cairo airport for departure home (breakfast included)

  • Visa upon arrival to Cairo airport (currently $25 per person)

  • Travel and health insurance
  • Cancellation fees
  • Pre-arrival & post tour additional stays
  • Deluxe and Premium Pyramids view rooms (can be added)
  • Cost to obtain valid passport (must be valid through 6 months beyond tour dates)

:: PRICING + DEtAILS ::

ROOM OPTIONS

  • Double Occupancy Room: $8,400 per person
  • Single Occupancy Room: $11,400 per person

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Pay in Full or $2,000 deposit with equal monthly installments due in full by October 15, 2024. 
  • Venmo, PayPal, Check, Bank Transfer, Zelle or ACH will incur no processing fees.
  • Credit and debit card payments will incur an additional 3% processing fee per payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation before July 1, 2024 will result in a full refund of monies paid.
  • Cancellation after July 1 & before October 1 will result in a $1,000 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation between October 1 & November 1 will result in a $2,000 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation after November 1, 2024, no refund will be given.
