My work is multi-faceted and multi-dimensional, and private sessions with me generally include some or all of the following components: coaching, spiritual direction, pastoral care, energy balancing, energy healing, energy clearing, reiki and quantum energy work, indigenous energy healing, alchemy crystal bowl sound healing, yoga and breath work, and wisdom teaching. For specifically identified sessions, astrological readings of your birth chart provide deep understanding and remembering of your soul and in follow-up sessions, exploring transits and their impact on you for living your best life.
