My work is multi-faceted and multi-dimensional, and private sessions with me generally include some or all of the following components: coaching, spiritual direction, pastoral care, energy balancing, energy healing, energy clearing, reiki and quantum energy work, indigenous energy healing, guided meditation, alchemy crystal bowl sound healing, yoga and breath work, and wisdom teaching. For specifically identified sessions, I offer astrological readings of your birth chart to provide you deep understanding and soul connection as well as follow-up sessions for exploring current astrological transits and their impact on you for living your best life.
