costa rica retreat

find your flow.

  • costa rica is nature's paradise

Nature is our teacher. The wind blows where she blows, and the water ebbs and flows with the rhythms of the cosmos. In Costa Rica, we commune with stars, earth and ocean energy, the humpback whales, turtles, dolphins, monkeys, sloths, blue morpho butterflies, toucans, macaws, parrots, hummingbirds, and more. Adventure awaits us as we attune our bodies, minds, hearts and soul to our inner rhythms and the rhythms of mother earth and her creatures. We invite you to join us for this magical, heart-opening retreat in nature’s paradise. Namaste.

  • Your Retreat Leaders

Leah and I will guide you in mind-body-spirit practices to activate self-healing and soothe the soul. The warm, healing, Pacific and abundant wildlife will support you to connect with the flow of Mother Gaia, while Leah and I will support your grounding into the natural flow of your heart's intention with daily mind-body practices, a crystal sound bath overlooking the ocean, and yoga nidra offerings, with plenty of time to choose your own adventure or enjoy an on-site massage. You are invited to deeply listen to your heart and body, discover your inner truths, and step into your flow.
